FB Free For All: Point Break (Johnny Mahalo & Keegan Taylor) defeated Brotherly Love (Ricky Dawkins & Kliff Klepto)
1. Spencer Slade defeated Anthony Young after Young accepted the open challenge laid out by Slade. Before the match, Young made an impassioned speech about how he feels he’s been underutilized but just wants to perform for the great IWC fans.
2. IWC High Stakes Champion Feliz Koz retained his title against Marcus DeAngelo in a Polish Death Match. However, after the match…DeAngelo knocked Koz out and left with the IWC High Stakes Championship.
3. Andrew Palace & Zach Nystrom defeated Canaan Christopher & Anthony Catena. Catena tagged himself in and was worried more about impressing IWC Co-Owner Justin Plummer. This allowed Andrew Palace to take advantage and get the pinfall for his team.
4. The Foundation (Bubba the Bulldog & Bulk Nasty) defeated The Upper Class (Jay Bev & Oliver Gray w/Betty Frenzy) and The Fraternity (Channing Decker & Trent Gibson) after Bubba hit his finishing move on Oliver Gray. Post match, The Fraternity congratulated The Foundation who proceeded to celebrate the win and honor their tag partner, Dennis Gegory, who is currently overseas with the US Military.
5. Jami Jameson defeated “Cutthroat” Clay Campbell. This match was originally scheduled to be Jami Jameson vs Ganon Jones Jr. However, before the show, Jami and Zander Gabriel (who was absent at ring side) attacked Ganon, sending him to the ER and unable to compete. IWC Co- Owner Jock Samson wasn’t going to allow Jameson to hold the show hostage or win by count out. That’s when Clay Campbell answered Samson’s call for an opponent.
6. Izzy Moreno entered an IWC ring for the first time and challenged Mila Moore to defend the IWC Women’s Championship in a steel cage. IWC Management made the match official before Moore could enter and respond.
** During intermission, and while the cage structure was being built, RC Dupree jumped “The Man Dime” Elijah Dean at his merchandise table. However, Dupree’s plans were quickly foiled by a visiting Matthew Jaeger. Jaeger, a former student of Dean, did his best to defend his trainer against the Eccentric Artist. Dupree threatened Jaeger for his involvement in the situation. **
7. IWC Women’s Champion Mila Moore retained her title against Izzy Moreno in an impromptu steel cage match.
8. “The Meta Human” Duke Davis defeated “Big Time” Bill Collier, the longest reigning IWC World Heavyweight Champion of all time (931 days), after almost 25 mins inside of a steel cage, to become the New IWC World Heavyweight Champion. Duke now adds his name to the rare list of traditional Triple Crown Champions (Heavyweight, Super Indy & Tag Team Championships) alongside Shiima Xion & Jock Samson.
The Last Stand was a truly historic event. If you missed it, you can watch the replay on the IWC Network, through IWCWrestling.com!
IWC returns to Marx’s Court Time, on July 12th, with Wipeout. With the fallout from the Last Stand, this isn’t going to be any type of a beach party. It feels like there’ll be a lot of aftermath to deal with. What will Duke Davis have to say about his history breaking win? How will Justin Plummer & Jock Samson continue to coexist, especially after the huge loss to Plummer’s handpicked champion. Thank you to everyone who made Reloaded 11.0 a huge success! The Reset Button was as unpredictable as ever as we saw the landscape of IWC get flipped on its head!
1. Channing Decker and Trent Gibson were reunited by Reset Button draw and became new IWC Tag Team Champions by defeating Derek Dillinger and Wes Barkely. Big Sam Holloway tried to help his Cleveland brothers, but former WWE Star and Super Indy Champion Elijah made the save!
2. The Reset Button selected three men to compete to become #1 contender to the IWC Super Indy Championship. WWE ID prospect Marcus Mathers came out on top over Spencer Slade and LSG to secure that spot!
3. Victor Benjamin defeated CPA after both men were selected by the Reset Button!
4. WWE ID prospect Sam Holloway defeated former WWE Star Elijah to become the new IWC Super Indy Champion for the second time after Derek Dillinger caused a referee distraction. After match, new number one contender, Marcus Mathers, challenged Holloway to defend the title, later in the evening, in a WWE ID Showcase match.
5. Jami Jameson won the 16 Bit Challenge in controversial fashion after last eliminating The Man Dime. However, following the match, Jock Samson declared that Jami and Dime will face on February 22 for full control of the Reset Button!
Other notable surprises in this match were WWE Legend Scotty 2 Hotty, Gory, Johnny Patch, RC Dupree, Cowpoke Paul, Ricky Dawkins, and more!
6. Felix Koz retained the IWC High Stakes Championship, in a Polka Dance match, against Anthony Young, after Felix used the “Reset Button” to decide the match stipulations. Marcus DeAngelo and Sam Handeman made appearances at the end of this contest.
7. IWC Women’s Mila Moore defeated Reset Button chosen opponent, Ava Everette. Prematch, Mila gave the IWC crowd a lesson about the IWC rule book!
8. WWE ID Prospect, Sam Holloway retained the Super Indy Championship against #1 contender, and fellow WWE ID Prospect, Marcus Mathers. After match, Holloway claimed to not only be at the top of IWC, but also at the top of WWE ID, before Mathers defiantly forced Holloway out of the ring to a “Please come back” chant from the IWC fans!
9. IWC Heavyweight Champion, Bill Collier defeated former Team Plummer member, Andrew Palace, due to referee stoppage, after Canaan Kristopher and Collier violently assaulted Palace, and eventually dumped him over the top and to the floor. Jock Samson appeared, after match, to inform Collier that he’ll have a mystery opponent, on February 22nd, at IWC Civil War!!

Wes Barkley and Derek Dillinger made Cleveland proud just a few weeks ago when they defeated ECW Legend Tommy Dreamer and “Hardcore” Channing Decker to become the new IWC Tag Team Champions!  But their celebration may be cut short as they will have to face a team that has been IWC Tag Team Champions more than any other due in our company’s 24 year history – T.M.E.   Duke Davis and Ganon Jones, Jr. will be reuniting for this huge event to remind everyone why they are considered the best.  But each of these two men have IWC singles championship opportunities on December 7th at the PITTSBURGH CLASSIC.  Will they be able to stay focused and prove that they’re still the best tag team in the game, or will Derek and Wes show that Cleveland is the new home to the best team?!

Two of the best pound-for-pound athletes in IWC will compete for the IWC World Heavyweight Championship at Wesbanco Arena!  Last event, Spencer Slade nearly defeated Bill Collier to become the new IWC Champion.  However, IWC Owner Justin Plummer attempted to interfere to help Slade, only to have his attempts backfire and send Collier to victory.  This time, Plummer has vowed to stay away from ring side, so we will have a definitive winner!  If you want to see the very best of what IWC has to offer, you won’t want to miss this title fight!

Winner of this defends the title versus  Duke Davis at The Pittsburgh Classic on December 7th!
Wheeling Nailers fans are in for a treat when IWC Super Indy Champion Sam Holloway defends his title vs. Zach Nystrom in a rematch of the Super Indy Tournament Finals!  Big Sam won the last encounter, but Nystrom was badly injured from the tewo earlier tournament matches.  Now with both men fresh, who will claim the Super Indy Title!
Either way, Ganon Jones Jr. will join these men in a triple threat match for the title on December 7th at the 7th Annual Pittsburgh Classic! But this match will decide who will go into that battle with the championship advantage!
Childhood friends turned enemies, these two men have built a rivalry across the tri-state area. Now, their feud comes to Wheeling Nailers Wesbanco Arena! Elijah Dean vs. Jami Jameson!
And you have to bet Justin Plummer will have his eyes on this one, less than two weeks away from his mystery partner tag match with the Man Dime!
The “Savage Gentleman” Victor Benjamin has become one of the most popular stars in the area over the past few years because of his dangerous fighting style and charismatic personality.  But Canaan Kristopher is new to the scene, and quickly looking to take Victor’s spot.  Canaan has had more success in his first year than anyone else, and a win over Victor Benjamin would put him on the fast track to being the next star!
Join us tonight at 6:00 PM!!!

IWC High Stakes Champion Sam “The Handyman” Handeman def. Marcus DeAngelo in a Handyman’s Handbook Rules Match

Vega$ ordered a match between the two to finally settle their months long differences.

Bulk Nasty def. Dennis Gregory

IWC Super Indy Champion Sam “Hardway” Holloway def. Ganon Jones, Jr.
–After the match, Hardway continued attacking Ganon, but was run off by Zach Nystrom. However, things obviously weren’t okay between Nystrom and Ganon.

Super Indy 23 on Saturday October 5th!! https://staging.iwcwrestling.com/2024/09/24/super-indy-23-on-saturday-october-5th/ Tue, 24 Sep 2024 14:20:48 +0000 http://staging.iwcwrestling.com/?p=59336 All roads lead to the 23rd-annual Super Indy Tournament on Saturday night October 5th, 2024 at IWC’s home base of Court Time Sports Center in Elizabeth, PA!! One of the most prestigious tournaments in all of wrestling, Super Indy has hosted dozens of the best and brightest in the sport including CM Punk, Sami Zayne (El Generico), Adam Cole, Britt Baker, Christopher Daniels, Chris Hero, Raven, Sterling James Keenan, Alex Shelley, Claudio Castagnoli, Jaoquin Wilde (Shiima Xion/DJZ), Sonjay Dutt, “Sweet & Sour” Larry Sweeney, Jerry Lynn, 2 Cold Scorpio, Johnny Gargano, Mustafa Ali, Swerve Strickland, Sammy Guevara, Jay White, Jonathan Gresham, Wardlow, Jeff Cobb, Josh Alexander, Lee Moriarty, Brian Pillman Jr, Hammerstone, and so many more!! See a full history of this legendary tournament HERE! This year is no different, seeing many stars from across the globe come to IWC to compete for the IWC Super Indy Title, currently held by Ganon Jones, Jr. Who will walk away Super Indy Champion this year?

Tickets on sale now!!

Entered into the Super Indy Tournament:

Gannon Jones, Jr. has been IWC Super Indy Champion for over NINE months!  However, he will be faced with the challenge that only two men have done in the twenty two previous tournaments – to enter as champion AND leave still the champion!  If anyone can defy these odds, the All-Star has the ability.  But with a stacked pool of competitors this year, will he be able to pull it off?!

Who wants to walk with Elijah… all the way to the Super Indy Tournament Championship?!  Elijah is no stranger to IWC championship gold.  Prior to his incredibly successful 10-year run in WWE, Elijah was one of only two men to ever hold the IWC Heavyweight Championship and the IWC Super Indy Championship at the same time!!  Since returning to IWC Elijah has been unstoppable, from winning the infamous Reset Button on his first night back, to teaming with The Dudley Boyz to take out some of IWC’s top competitors.  But even with all of his success in pro wrestling, there’s one thing Elijah has yet to do – win the Super Indy Tournament!  Now, he will have the opportunity to check this accomplishment off of his bucket list and solidify himself as one of the best IWC Stars of all time!

Juventud Guerrera is a former AAA Cruiserweight Champion, IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion, WCW Cruiserweight Champion, WCW World Tag Team Champion, and WWE Cruiserweight Champion.  “The Juice” has competed in legend promotions AAA, CMLL, TNA, ECW, WCW and the WWE.  With all that experience, he has to be considered a serious threat to win Super Indy 23!  Will he prove that he still has what it takes to add more gold to his illustrious career resume?!

BEEF is the epitome of what Super Indy is all about.  The Louisville native has been making a name for himself the past few years.  He is currently on the rosters of OVW, AAW, West Coast Pro, and recently started appearing for AEW and RoH.  BEEF was the inaugural winner of the Biff Wiff Cosmic Gumbo Rumbo in Los Angeles at Chris Hero’s Pro Wres Mixtape back in April.  BEEF brings his one of a kind style to Super Indy, and Pittsburgh, for the first time.  Don’t be surprised if fans take a quick liking to this man.  He’s relatable and beloved everywhere he goes!

Richard Holliday is one of the more intriguing competitors in this year’s field.  He’s a former member of The Dynasty faction, which included MJF and Hammerstone, that ran roughshod over MLW for several years.  Holliday is no stranger to tournament style events, as he was part of the historic ECWA Super 8 in 2018.  “Most Marketable” seems intent on utilizing Super Indy, as another platform, where he can “get his flowers”.

Zach Nystrom is one half of one of the greatest tag teams in IWC history, but now he looks to establish himself as a top singles star.  After taking time away to hone his craft, Nystrom returned to IWC last month with one clear goal… to win the IWC Super Indy Title by any means necessary!  Nystrom is hungry for singles gold, and has the skill and stamina to make history in the Super Indy Tournament.  How far will this man be willing to go to get to the top, and achieve his dream of becoming IWC Super Indy Champion?

Sam “Hardway” Holloway has been an indestructible force since joining IWC earlier this year.  Since his debut, not only has he been undefeated, but none of his opponents have even come close to defeating him!  With a unique combination of size, speed, and agility, will this giant have what it takes to make history and win the IWC Super Indy Tournament in his rookie year?!

Andrew Palace and Canaan Kristopher were the final two entrants into the IWC Super Indy Tournament.  They were hand picked by IWC owner Justin Plummer, with the sole intent to eliminate Elijah as revenge for embarrassing Plummer and his henchmen throughout the first half of the year.  While Elijah may normally be one of the favorites to win this tournament, he will face both of these men in the first round in a TRIPLE THREAT MATCH!  Andrew Palace is no stranger to Super Indy.  He has participated in previous tournament, and he even held the title on several occasions!  Canaan Kristopher is new to the game, but he has had a rapid ascent to the top of IWC as one of Plummer’s stronger allies.  These men are expected to work together in this opening round match, but there can be only one winner!  So will Palace and Canaan be able to co-exist, or will the glory of the Super Indy Championship tear them apart?!
